Machen market has gone from strength to strength since its launch in 2011, and that’s no easy feat given that hundreds attended that first one. The market has a strong following from the local community and prides itself on it links to community groups and organisations. The market can be found in Machen Village Hall and there is a lot to entice the shoppers - from Plant-2-Plate, Penrhiw Farm Organics, Asia Spice, Luvbee, Seasons Farm Foods, Avril's Kitchen plus crafts, books, clothes and gifts galore.
