Caerphilly 10K

Caerphilly Castle will provide the breathtaking backdrop for a new ten kilometre road run being organised for the first time this summer.

Caerphilly County Borough Council has announced plans to hold the first ever Caerphilly 10k Run on Sunday 23 June. The 6.2mile course will lead participants in and around the town centre, with the start and finishing line located in the shadow of the magnificent medieval castle

This exciting new event will offer runners of all abilities an opportunity to get involved. It will be a well organised run through our historic town and we hope to attract over 1,000 people for our inaugural run.

This proposal has been developed by Caerphilly County Borough Council and is supported by Welsh Athletics, Sport Wales.

Please be aware that there is an additional £1.50 on-line entry charge, Entry fees are non-refundable and places in the run are non-transferable.
