Nestled between the Queen’s Jubilee and the Olympics, Independent’s Day is a national campaign that encourages the public to think about where they spend their hard earned money and buy at least one thing from an independent trader on 4th July.
Independent retailers across four town centres in the county borough of Caerphilly have been invited to get onboard and embrace Independent’s Day, by providing special offers between 2nd – 7th July 2012. Caerphilly, Blackwood, Risca and Bargoed will be flying their Independent’s Day flags and Caerphilly CBC’s website . will be publishing the special offers closer to the event and independent retailers will be displaying posters in their shop windows with details of their offers.
