Grosmont churchyard is full of interest. Hear strange things about churchyards and digitally record family gravestones.

Burials in Grosmont churchyard span the last 700 years. It surrounds the recently-restored church of St. Nicholas (grade I listed) which has the oldest church roof in Wales (dated 1230). Local archaeologists, Colin and Felicity of Church and Site Archaeology, Monmouth, will explain recent finds. Families will have 'hands-on' experience of digitally recording family gravestones.

Under cover if wet. Teas available. No charge. Everyone is welcome.
