The Monmouthshire Walking Festival kicks off on October 18th with ten days of action for everyone. There are over 30 walks with at least one ‘serious’ walk a day plus a whole host of special interest walks and events. The Festival has collaborated with local groups such as Gwent BadgerTrust, Astronomers, U3A, Historical and Conservation Societies, The Ramblers to make it a truly inclusive event.

Join us for the Monmouthshire Walking Festival which features a selection of thirty walks over ten days that showcase the best of walking in Monmouthshire. We are offering walks of varying length and difficulty that will give you the opportunity to explore some of the most interesting parts of the county.
Whichever walks you choose, be assured that all our walks are led by qualified and experienced walk leaders.
We feel that Monmouthshire has a lot to offer the walker and it’s the 40th Anniversay of Offa’s Dyke and the Wye Valley being a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty so we have a lot to celebrate!
