Welsh Tweed

Our ancient farmhouse nestles within the Brecon Beacons National Park, above the beautiful and well known village of Myddfai. Being surrounded by the beautiful countryside gave us the inspiration for our Welsh Tweed gifts.

Welsh Tweed was founded by myself (Nikki) and Ann after riding in the idyllic countryside throughout the seasons. With the green fields filled with sheep and lambs and being surrounded by the vibrant colours of the changing countryside we decided to start the Welsh Tweed business. We then went to our local mill where we chose our first four different colour yarns. These were then woven into our very own Welsh Tweed. We then decided to put a trendy twist on our products with polka or fleece lining making our Welsh Tweed gifts vibrant, unique and warm.
