Carys explains: “I love working with glass, it has all the qualities that I love – bright colours, sparkle, texture, excitement and an element of danger! I will never tire of that mixed feeling of apprehension and excitement just before I open the kiln in the morning. I have had to wait all night to see whether I have a pleasant surprise or a disaster!!”
