All profits from the shop go to the Myddfai Tŷ Talcen Charity established to support the welfare and regeneration of Myddfai community and surrounding areas.
The shop is run by a wiling team of volunteers, coordinated by Lesley. All of the shop cupboards and fittings you will see in the shop were made or adapted and painted by our team of volunteers.
We have over 55 different, local crafters, artists, producers that supply items to the shop. Many of which are unique to the Myddfai Shop. We stock the full range of the Myddfai branded products from Myddfai Trading Company.
There are many contributors with hand-made items plus we have a wide range of locally produced jams, honey, chutneys, seasonal fruit and vegetables along with a delicious selection of Pemberton’s chocolates. We also stock an interesting range of books, plus a great selection of hand-made greetings cards. Outside we have a range of Myddfai grown, seasonal plants and herbs.
If you are staying in the area we do have a food supplies cupboard if you run out of essentials.
