Saladin House Foods is a catering company run and owned by Debbie Hayward. The company boasts of many delicacies both sweet and savory, all of which are homemade and produced using only local ingriedients.

The company which has only been active for just over a year and a half has received numerous clients. The dishes have been very popular prompting a market stall which can be seen trading at Crickhowell Market.
