Our bakehouse is situated opposite the Black mountains on our organic farm.

We use our own pure spring water, herbs, fruits and vegetables grown on the farm.
We want to be able to offer something different, only producing small amounts of handcrafted bread using the highest quality orgainic ingredients and long traditional processes. Natural leaven is used in all of our breads
