ARCHERY AND AIR RIFLE SHOOTING

When you come to stay at Mynydd Ednyfed why

shooting?

Bob Valentine established his renowned shooting school more than 25 years ago and we are delighted he has agreed to come along and host our shooting evenings.
For those of you who would prefer clay pigeon shooting, then a trip to his shooting school, just a 20-minute drive from here, is a must.

By prior arrangement;

· Two and a half hours of shooting, £50 per
person plus VAT.
· Minimum party size is 8 persons.
· All equipment supplied

Dozen Taylors of Criccieth (Award Winning) pork sausage.

A kilo Tyddyn Mawr back Bacon (home-reared pigs on a farm three miles away).

Dozen local free-range eggs.
2 x 200 gram Hen Sir local cheddar cheese (produced six miles away).

Dozen Llaeth Llan yoghurts.

2x250gram local Welsh butter.

1 ½ litre of local Welsh milk.

Idris of Criccieth fresh sandwich loaf (1 white and 1 wholemeal).

2 x home-baked Bara Brith

All hamper products left in refrigerator, other than the bread.

Welsh local Lamb,Leek and Lentil casserole served with Jacket Potatoes @ £8.95 per portion

'Fish Pie' oozing with local fish, our own hens freshly laid eggs (hard boiled),vegetables,all bound with a tasty fish sauce topped with creamy mashed potatoes and local grilled cheese, served with home baked crusty rolls@ £8.95 per portion

Boeuf Bourguignon, using local Welsh Black beef served with Boiled Rice @£8.95 per portion

Chicken and Vegetable Casserole served with Jacket Potatoes @ £7.25 per portion

Home made Vegetable Moussaka served with Jacket Potatoes @£6.95 per portion

We can provide a highly qualified chef to provide you with whatever you require, whether it is a tasty three course dinner, simple buffet or a Summer BBQ.

Menus available upon request and MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE. Your meal will be prepared using locally sourced produce. Once it has been served and cleared, you will be left alone to enjoy the rest of your evening.

Alternatively, we can prepare and cook your desired meal and you can be left to serve yourselves.

Carys Wyn Alhoff-Roberts offers a range of holistic therapies in the Oasis Treatment Room here at Mynydd Ednyfed Country House.

The treatment room is in the the old stables, one of Mynydd Ednyfed's outbuildings. Therapies include Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy, Swedish Massage, Reflexology and a range of facials.
