Our Accomodation

Room 6.
This is a large bright double ensuite room at the front of the house on the first floor. Room 6 has recently been refurbished with a stripped wooden floor and scatter rugs. We have a t.v and dvd player, a radio alarm and WiFi internet access. There is a well stocked beverage tray to make a hot drink. Room 6 can sleep a third person on a comfy sofa bed (an extra charge of £30 per night will apply).

Room 5.
This is our twin room it is on the first floor at the back of the house the room is en suite. We have WiFi to all of our rooms if you need internet access. There is a colour t.v, radio alarm hot drink making facilities with a well stocked beverage tray

Room 7.

Room 7 is a bright double ensuite room a little bit smaller than room 6 at the front on the first floor. We have refurbished this room and have stripped the floor boards and put down scatter rugs, the bathroom also has a large double shower enclosure.Again there is a dvd player a radio alarm WiFi access and a hot drinks tray that we keep well stocked.

Room 8 is our smallest double ensuite.
This room is on the first floor at the back of the house and although it is the smallest room we have it still has all the facilities of the other rooms but for less money so perfect if you are on a budget.

Room 9 is on the second floor at the back of the house. This is a double ensuite with WiFi a radio alarm, tea and coffee making facilities with a well stocked beverage tray.

Room 10.
Room 10 is at the front of the house on the top floor this is a super king (6 foot) ensuite room.
There is a dvd player, WiFi internet access and a leather sofa in the room with the usual tea and coffee making facilities.

Room 12
is at the front of the house on the top floor overlooking the river Llugwy. There is a tv/dvd player, wifi internet access and the usual tea and coffee making facilities.
