Gadlys Farmhouse sleeps up to 8

The farmhouse is a traditional welsh cottage in a peaceful rural setting, which has been newly extended and renovated and retains its original character whilst offering every comfort for an enjoyable holiday. It boasts the latest technology of underfloor heating to downstairs rooms, heat exchange system,and solar panels combined with a traditional multi-fuel stove in an oak-beamed inglenook fireplace. It is furnished to a high standard with oak flooring and traditional ledge and brace oak doors.

Sitting room:
Spacious and comfortably furnished with sofas, light oak flooring and impressive inglenook fireplace housing cast iron stove which burns both logs and coal. There is a wall-mounted flat screen Freeview LCD TV and DVD. A hand made oak staircase leads to upstairs from this room. The walls are traditional lime plaster and have exposed stonework, the window cills are traditional welsh slate. This room has a cosy timeless appeal with an open aspect to the front.

Family room:
A further reception room with light oak flooring, which can be used as a bedroom, it contains a sofa bed capable of sleeping 2 and a further sofa, PS2 games console and TV. Ideal for larger families with older children giving them a space of their own.

Kitchen:
A large room again with light oak flooring, oak kitchen units, granite worksurfaces, dual fuel range cooker, dishwasher, microwave and usual small appliances. Crockery and cutlery are provided. Large sliding french windows offer views of the sea and small garden area. A large chunky oak and granite table and chairs can seat eight in comfort.


Utility room:
A practical room with slate flooring containing a handy downstairs WC, this room has a washing machine, dryer and houses the gas boiler which is the back up heating for the property.




Upstairs:
Main bedroom:
King size zip and link bed which can be converted to two singles, furnished with fitted wardrobe with oak doors, pretty sea and country views from the sliding french doors with Juliette balcony.
Fully tiled ensuite with shower, washbasin, WC and mirror light with shaver socket.

Bedroom 2
A light and spacious room with traditional exposed beams with double bed, views of the sea and countryside from the two windows.

Bedroom 3
Again a spacious room with sea views which can be made up as twin or king size bed.
Full ensuite with shower, washbasin, WC and mirror light with shaver socket.

Bathroom:
Fully tiled bathroom with Spa whirlpool bath with shower over,WC and large washbasin. Large mirror with shaver socket.


Outside:

A charming garden area with patio IDEAL FOR AN EVENING BARBEQUE, fence and gate with stone steps to small seating area beside a bubbling stream. Parking for two cars one at the front and one at the side of adjoining property.

Gas, electricity, bedding, logs.
A cot can be accommodated in any of the bedrooms and will be provided upon request as will high chair.

The cottage is a stone faced single storey building attached to the main farmhouse. It also has the latest technology of underfloor heating to all rooms, heat exchange system,and solar panels combined with a traditional multi-fuel stove in an oak-beamed inglenook fireplace. It is furnished to a high standard with oak flooring and traditional ledge and brace oak doors.

Sitting room:
Cmfortably furnished with sofas, light oak flooring and impressive inglenook fireplace housing cast iron stove which burns both logs and coal and also heats water. There is a wall-mounted flat screen Freeview LCD TV and DVD. This light and airy room has sliding french windows which give sea views and access to the large exterior garden.


Kitchen:
An open plan room with oak kitchen units, granite worksurfaces, electric cooker, dishwasher, washer microwave and usual small appliances. Crockery and cutlery are provided. A glass door offer views of the sea and small garden area. A dining table and chairs seating six is provided.


Main bedroom:
King size zip and link bed which can be converted to two singles, carpeted and furnished to a high standard, pretty sea and country views from the windows.

Bedroom 2
A light and spacious room with corner window with sea views this bedroom again is comfortably furnished and carpeted with zip and link bed which can be converted to two singles.
Full ensuite with shower, washbasin, WC and mirror light with shaver socket

Bedroom 3
A small room comfortably furnished and carpeted with twin beds.

Bathroom:
Bath with shower over,WC and washbasin. Large mirror with shaver socket. Slate floor.


Outside:

A charming enclosed garden area with very large paved patio IDEAL FOR AN EVENING BARBEQUE.Parking for two cars at the side of property.
All rooms have thermostatic controls for independent heating.

Gadlys Seaview Lodge sleeps up to 5
Lounge area with comfortable three seater sofa, two armchairs, flat screen satellite freeview TV and DVD player. A log burner stove effect electric fire for instant warmth. Panel heater.

Dining area with table and chairs, panel radiator
Kitchen with Gas cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave, crockery and pans.

Dogs are welcome however there is an extra charge of £20 each irrespective of length of stay and we ask for a deposit of £25 per dog against any damage which is refundable provided on the day of departure the lodge is in satisfactory condition with no evidence of your dog’s stay both inside and outside. No dogs should be left unattended in either the lodge or the garden.
