Technology of the building

Our main heating system is a Ground Source Heat pump and we also have heat recovery in the building, and a large dehumidifier (a type of heat pump operates the drying room)

We also produce hot water with an extensive Solar panels. These are particularly effective with Bunkhouse usage.

The site is a major user of wood which we produce from managing our ancient woodland on a 15 year coppice cycle. We also produce our own Charcoal - so don't bring your own!
