We try to put on a variety of entertainment during the year. this would be live bands, food function nights, a simple disco and practically anything the customer requires just watch this page for updates

* Roasted tomato, roasted garlic, basil and toasted pine nut soup with parmesan biscuits
* Chicken liver and cranberry parfait
* Smoked salmon, crevette and crab tower with a fennel and walnut salad

Mains
* Stuffed fillet of steak parcel, Dolcelatté mash, chestnut and porcini mushroom and balsamic reduction
* Free range chicken breast fillet stuffed with spinach, brie and ramsen garlic wrapped in pancetta served on a bed of fennel mash
* Seafood Provencal, potted wild rice and roasted tomato chutney
* Roasted butternut squash, chestnut and cranberry stuffing drizzled with a Madeira, chestnut and porcini reduction.
