Payment is usually by Bank Transfer prior to arrival, as per confirmation email

CANCELLATIONS :

When you book accommodation with us you are entering into a legal contract (we will have kept the accommodation for you & taken it off booking agencies for your dates)

If we are able to re-let the accommodation for your booked dates on the same occupancy level & for the same duration as your stay no charge will apply

Short notice or last minute cancellation may mean we are unable to re-let the property & regretfully payment would be due, but we will do our utmost to re-let the accommodation

If, due to a short notice cancellation, we have to take a smaller party of guests in the larger family suites, the difference may be payable

If you think there may be a problem with your booking please let us know as soon as possible so that we can try to re-let the accommodation

DOGS T & C’s

Well behaved dogs are welcome subject to the following Terms & Conditions :

Dogs should have their own basket, bedding or crate and dogs are strictly not allowed on the bed or furniture - If you have a VERY tiny dog that is likely to go onto the settee, please ensure that you bring with you a large covering blanket to protect our furnishings

Dogs should not be left alone in the cottage or suite, unless they are used to & happy to be in their cage & do not bark when left alone which might disturb other guests

An extra cleaning charge of £5 per night applies, to be paid in cash at the property on the 1st morning after arrival day – the charge does not apply for very tiny, non-moulting dogs

The three nearest pubs with good food allow dogs into their bar area (only) list of recommended eating places in the suite

Owners are responsible for any damage incurred by their dogs &
bringing a dog with you is acceptance of these terms & conditions
