Chi Running is a technique that takes movement ideas from Tai Chi and combines them with running to create a highly energy efficient and natural running style.
The aims of Chi Running are energy efficiency and injury prevention. Come and learn Chi Running with Jon Burdon, Certified Chi Running Instructor.
Your learning will move through the following areas:
* Posture - use your skeleton not your muscles to support your body
* Ankle Lift - remember, a relaxed muscle will not get injured
* Lean - cooperate with gravity
* Arm Swing - relax and provide directional alignment
* Running at different speeds - stride length and cadence.
