present a reduced version of Bizet’s opera “Carmen” in costume with scenery whilst the audience sit at tables enjoying a wide selection of tapas.

This year children from the local Cross Ash and Deri View Schools will be teaming up with London Opera Productions for a production of Rossini’s “The Barber of Seville” at Treadam Barn.

whose repertoire covers a wide range of music embracing the traditional Welsh male voice choral favourites and ranging through popular songs and medleys of show music right up to the present day.

Cirrus String Sextet
Led by our president: ROLF WILSON
recognised as one of the top violinists in Britain over the past 30 years.
The Cirrus Sextet is made up of leading solo performers based in London and will perform the:

GWENT YOUNG PEOPLES THEATRE
The Watching
The fascinating tale of Sarah Jacob the 'Welsh Fasting Girl' set in 19th century West Wales.
In retelling this fascinating story, the play explores various theories which raises questions about the role of medicine and science, religion and faith, innocence and guilt and the need for society to apportion blame.

Treadam Barn will once again be turned into a Ronnie Scott style venue with the audience enjoying the performance sitting at tables as we welcome back Kai Hoffman this time with her Quartet, who launched their new album at Ronnie Scott's in March. American jazz singer, recording artist and Queen of the Vintage Vocals Kai has been resident at Ronnie Scott’s in London since 2008 with her fabulous swing and jump jive band.

Family Ceilidh Afternoon & Jazz Evening
Cash bar and hot dog stand available
Family barn dance (or ceilidh) with one of the UK's finest ceilidh bands.Brand F appear all over the UK, but have a special connection to Llantilio Crossenny, because their fiddle player, Pete Miln lives in the village. Dance caller Paul Weir promises that he has something up his sleeve to suit all ages and abilities. "Don't worry if you haven't danced before, you will be fine" says Paul. Early evening jazz will be provided by SynChroma, a Jazz Quartet from Newport University.
