This is a foody treasure – centred around Brecon Market Hall. Celebrity chef cook off, loads of stalls with lovely local ingredients and gorgeous grub to take home, local cider, and beer.

Winter Visitors at Llangors Lake
This lake is more than a bird-watching paradise it's an ornithological gem! Join National Park wardens for an easy 4 mile (6.5km) walk to view the Lake’s winter visitors and find out about the British Trust for Ornithology's bird ringing programme and some of the fascinating results obtained by trained and qualified bird ringers. Bring binoculars with you if you can. No dogs please. A family friendly event. Suggested donation: £2 per adult. at the Mountain Centre, LD3 8ER. Free entry.
Come and browse a wide selection of arts and crafts at the National Park Visitor Centre throughout the school half term. Many are made locally, and all are individually hand-made pieces to treasure. Car parking charges apply.
