Sorai produce premium quality products which are rich in flavour, texture and aroma. With carefully sourced ingredients, our sauces are versatile and come in a runny, viscous and thick consistency. Our existing sauces are worthy of every home, as a simple dip or as an ingredient to your dish for an everyday home gourmet meal.

Our products suits mild to hot chilli lover’s taste buds. Our hotter and crying hot range will enter the market early next year. We sourced our ingredients
as locally as possible. We strive to use natural products unless a compound ingredient. Our existing products come in sizes of 90/100ml, 150 ml and 250ml.

We also cater for traders and offer sizes of 500 ml and 750ml to suit your needs.

We sell at Abergavenny Friday market, local and regional food festivals and at various shops/ cafés. Sorai is based in Abergavenny.

Sorai will also be producing cooking sauces and savoury crackers in the future.
