Welsh black beef or local welsh lamb or roasted ham, all served with a selection of fresh vegetables of the day and roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and scrummy beer gravy. Homemade vegetable cranberry and chestnut cutlet served with a cranberry, chestnut and port gravy.
