Charlotte Roskill Catering

Catering for every occasion at any location

Charlotte Roskill Catering, established in July 1988, is based in the heart of the Brecon Beacons, cooking for a wide range of events from weddings to birthday parties, management training courses to high profile car rallies.
We have catered for events of as many as 200 guests as well as lunches and dinners for as few as 2.
Menus are compiled to suit the occasion, environment and budget. Special diets are accommodated including coeliac, vegetarians and vegans.

If necessary, temporary equipment can be hired, including crockery, cutlery, glasses, waiting staff and co-cooks, portable refrigeration, cookers, hot cupboards, table linen and anything else necessary to get the meal on the table and make the occasion a great success.

We use all local producers for meat (organic can be sourced if requested), fish, vegetables (organic where ever possible), organic breads, Welsh cheeses (including organic) and even milk delivered to my door. All suppliers operate in and around the surrounding areas of Brecon.

In our brochure we offer an extensive range of canapes, starters, main courses, puddings, salads, but don't work on a fixed menu basis, that way each client can compile a menu to suit their own personal tastes, dietary requirements and budget.

Menus tailored to your individual requirements.
