Owner and head chef is Gerwyn Llyr Williams. A local young man who was educated in Llandrillo college with wide experience in quality hotels and restaurants, including Odette’s in London with Bryn Williams. He has been a member of the Welsh culinary team, who where successful in the world cup, wining gold and silver medals.He is assisted by Ceri Ratcliffe front of house manager and Edward Valentine as second chef assisted by Damien Ayre and a total compliment of 18 including seasonal assistance. We are included in the Good Food Guide for 2015 & 2016
