New Year Message 2009
Looking back over the last year and trying to establish what has been achieved, I feel that the Parish Church congregation are now able to embrace a new "can-do" era for 2009. This year the church has been more involved with other groups in the community and this matching of talents and abilities has led to more confidence and potential. The church has benefited this year from the encouragement and advice of other agencies and individuals locally who have helped us practically and financially.
My New Year's resolution will be to find the energy to keep the momentum going in trying to make our own inititiatives and to take every opportunity as it presents itself. St. Michael's has a vision supported by safe and sound principals and this year we are ready to take up the challenge.
The congregation of St. Michael's wishes everybody a Happy and Prosperous New Year.
Rev Nora Hill took over as the Priest responsible for St. Michael's in the summer of 2007.

St. Michael's Church Tintern is part of the Church in Wales and the Parish Church for Tintern Village.
There is a service of Holy Communion every Sunday at 10.30a.m.
