This former Great Western Railway goods shed has been lovingly restored and now houses a fine collection of railway memorabilia and model railways.
In the museum you will find a cornucopia of railway treasures from local stations including a complete stationmasters office.
The museum is located in the village of Griffithstown which boasts a proud railway heritage - it is named after Henry Griffiths (the first GWR stationmaster at nearby Pontypool Road) and was the birthplace of ASLEF (Associated Society of Locomotive Engineers and Firemen) in 1880.
Meeting room available for hire.
