You will soon be creating your own soft, creamy fudge, dark chocolate ganache or Welsh vanilla creams and then hand rolling your own rum truffles. Finally you will dip them in bowls of tempered, melted chocolate and sprinkle with sugar strands, coconut or chocolate flakes.

Whatever chocolates you make on the day you will package, tie with ribbon and take home. Ideal to indulge yourself later on or perhaps a friend or family member may be lucky enough to receive some as a gift.

At our linger workshops you'll also be given a short talk explaining how chocolate gets from the bean to the bar and be able to sample our recipes and take them to try at home.

If you fancy just dropping in for a shorter session then this is now available and you will also be able to buy hot chocolate, coffee, cakes,baguettes and paninis at our coffee shop. Something for everyone and especially if you are looking for something to occupy the kids for the odd half hour or so!

Blaenavon is only 25 minutes from the M4 and Newport, 15 minutes from Abergavenny or 20 minutes from Merthyr and well worth the visit. There's plenty to do and see in the Blaenafon area so you can either just make some chocolates for an afternoon or evening or have a full day out.

To add the proverbial icing on the cake we also have a wonderful gift shop selling personalised chocolate gifts. Phone us and we can prepare for that special birthday, anniversary, leaving do, thank you gift, etc. You will be able to have your own chocolate personalised with your own individual message and picture.

Our wedding favours can be made to suit your colours. Just add your wedding details and message. To appreciate them fully come and visit the shop. There's something for all budgets - we can even supply the materials for you to make your own. Whatever you decide, the service you get will be friendly and first rate.
