Introduction to rock climbing
Suitable for individuals, groups and families

Try rock climbing outside with a fully qualified instructor. The day will include instruction of basic climbing skills to get you started and also to experience abseiling.

Multi pitch introduction.

Climbing instruction for those who have single pitch or climbing wall experience and want to move on to multi pitch climbs.

Learn the skills you need to become self sufficient on mountain crags from an experienced and qualified instructor.

Single or multiple days.

Instructor to client ratio of 1:2 or 1:1.

Learn to lead rock climbing courses.

Whether you have been climbing indoors or just want to get straight into it, learn the skills from a qualified instructor.

The 5 day course will cover all the skills required to set you on your way to leading rock climbs.

Instructor to client ratio of 1:2 - 5 days.
£350 per person (total)

Self rescue for climbers.

If you plan on taking on remoter climbs or sea cliffs it would be wise to have a few self rescue techniques up your sleeve just in case. 1 or 2 day course to give you a few skills for your 'toolbox'

Escaping from the system.
Hoisting a stuck or injured second.
Abseil rescues.
Ascending a rope.

1 or 2 days.

Instructor to client ratio 1:4 (minimum 1:2)
