Aromatherapy Massage
A truly holistic therapy using a selection of aromatic essential oils; this hands on massage can be adapted to the individual.
Whether you need to de-stress, relax or rejuvenate this therapy will help you balance in mind, body and spirit.

Swedish Massage
A hands on massage for the whole body or for specific areas requiring treatment. For instance those common tension areas in the neck, shoulders and back.
Swedish massage can be invigorating, vibrant and exhilarating, or calming and relaxing to help deal with the rigours of everyday life. It helps the body to restore to its natural sense of well-being.

Sports Massage
