Set in 120 acres with stunning views across the Swansea Valley and Black Mountain, situated at the foot of the Brecon Beacons a visit to PALLEG GC is a must for all keen golfers.
Originally a 9 hole golf course, PALLEG GC was established in 1930 just 3/4 of a mile along the PALLEG ROAD. The Golf Club was relocated in 1965 to its current location and became an 18 hole golf course in 2003.
The golf club was purchased from the Palleg GC members in November 2005 by Graham Coombe (PGA Golf Professional), Kevin Innalls, Andrew Edwards and Geoffrey Fisher when the PALLEG GC Members Club fell into financial difficulties.
The new owners bring a wealth of experience with Graham Coombe (PGA Golf Professional) former Club Professional @ the Isle of Wedmore Golf Club with over 28 years of experience as a Golf Professional. Kevin Innalls currently Head Green keeper @ the Isle of Wedmore Golf Club with over 27 years experience in Green keeping, Andrew Edwards currently co-director and founder of the Isle of Wedmore Golf Club for over 15 years and Geoffrey Fisher a builder in the county of Somerset with over 40 years experience in the building trade.
