The spacious living room has large bay windows with sea views, comfortable chairs and sofas, a fireplace for an open fire. There is TV/DVD player.

The stunning kitchen has an electric range cooker, granite tops, dishwasher, fridge freezers, microwave, and a large dining area with large bay windows and lovely sea views.

There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and storage areas, and also a downstairs loo with toilet and wash basin.

Bedrooms

The two main double bedrooms have lovely sea views, one bedroom has a wash basin. The third bedroom is a twin with sea view. The fourth bedroom is a twin with original cast iron fireplaces. All bedrooms have wardrobes. Cots, stair gates and high chair available.

The family bathroom has a bath, shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail. There is a second shower room with shower, basin and radiator.

Outside
Extensive 3 tiered south facing gardens at the front of the house. Security lighting. Ample parking and safe boat storage.
