Snowdonia Retreat

We have 2 self catering properties which can be booked separately or combined to cater for 12 people. FRON GOCH COTTAGE is a deceptively large comfortable detached option that sleeps 5.

The kitchen, dining and lounge area is open to the eves with original A frame beams giving a spacious yet cosy feeling with a wood burning stove forming a focal point. The twin bedroom and bathroom are both on the ground floor. The bathroom has a corner bath and a large walk in shower. The second bedroom has a double and a single bed and is up steep stairs in the eves. There is a Utility Room opposite in the Main House which has shared laundry facilities- washing machine and tumble dryer etc.

WEST WING This is a very special independent part of the main Welsh Long House that sleeps up to 6 people. Downstairs consists of a large open plan lounge- kitchen which has a hob, oven,microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and Sky tv/dvd. There is a wood burning stove as well as central heating. Double doors open out to the 3x 7m conservatory which is probably the favourite location on our entire site. It has views out towards the pond and hills beyond with a settee and dining table.

Upstairs via a spiral staircase is the 'Lillac room' it is a large open plan bedroom with en suite (bath and shower) It sleeps 6 (4 in bunks plus 1 Double bed) Downstairs and along an enclosed corridor is an en- suite (shower and toilet) twin bedroom. Although there are 8 beds between the two bedrooms we limit numbers to 6. The Utility Room in the Main House is shared and has laundry facilities- washing machine and tumble dryer etc. This property we allow well behaved pets on request.
