What a wonderful house! We are now truly spoiled and no other holiday cottage will compare! Already we have been checking the website for when we can return. The thought of cooking on the Aga was a little daunting at first but we soon got in the swing of it-especially for toast done on the top!.-Hopper family

All too soon our week in your lovely house has come to an end. We have enjoyed immensely the opportunity to stay at Coedfa House celebrating our Ruby Wedding. Firstly with our immediate family (4 generations) for the weekend and then, when they left, some close friend from Spalding joined us for a few days. There is so much to see and do in this lovely area. The house is amazing, full of lovely features-highly recommended. We hope to return soon. Very many thanks indeed.
Second time we stayed here-lovely! Stayed here 4 years ago. Hope it won't be too long before we visit again. Still as nice as the first time we stayed. (Anna and family Southend On Sea

What a delightful house for four generations. My mother, on her 82nd birthday met her 4 week old great Grandson for the first time.
Fantastic place, loved all the period touches. Gets warm and cosy very quickly.
Lovely spacious house loved the cosy kitchen and Aga. Spent wonderful evenings eating casseroles from the Aga then games in front on the log fire. All slept like logs. Great location for walking and exploring. Did not eat out as enjoyed being in the house. Thank you
Coedfa Has a wow factor. Wonderful house . Absolutely loved the Aga and cooked on it every day.
Hi Beth
Many thanks - as per last year had a fantastic stay
Hello Beth
We just want to pass along some positive comments on our recent rental at Coedfa. It was fantastic. Thank you so much. We found everything delightful: the house was amazing, the kitchen great, the distance to the hotel and the pool walkable, you even arranged for nice weather for our climb up Snowdon :)
The house was perfect for two families with nine people. We had five children and four adults at that large dinner table each evening and that worked brilliantly. The sleeping for nine also worked well with one child taking a sleeping bag it was not a problem.
The kitchen was just fantastic and made preparing meals for nine very easy./
Thanks again, everything was just wonderful.
Kind regards
Orie Cutler
The house is lovely and the setting perfect. We felt very spoilt and didnt want to come home. My husband said it was the best place we have ever stayed and it takes a lot for him to say that. THis is the best house that we have ever stayed.
