A very warm welcome awaits you from your hosts, Jim & Lilian Boughton. Our small friendly Victorian guest house is located in a superb setting overlooking the picturesque village of Betws-y-Coed.
Situated within the Snowdonia National Park, we provide the ideal base for touring, walking, bird watching and exploring this most interesting area of North Wales. Canoeing, fishing, climbing and horse riding are all available within the locality. There are numerous Walks and Forest Trails both locally and further afield to suit all capabilities. Mountain Bike hire is available in the village and we can provide secure overnight storage for your bikes. The Marin Trail through the Gwydyr Forest has proved very popular.

The bedrooms in the main house are all equipped with colour TV and tea/coffee making facilities and hair dryers. Most rooms are ensuite

Relax in our Lounge, where a selection of board games, playing cards and jigsaw puzzles are available. Or borrow a book to read during your stay.
Our Dining Room offers a delightful setting for both Breakfast and Evening Meals. Guests with special dietary needs can be catered for by prior arrangement.
In the summer months, relax on the terrace and patios with your coffee after your evening meal and enjoy the sunshine, magnificent views over the Conwy & Llugwy Valley's and admire our gardens, comprising of over half an acre, as the sun sets in front of you.

Situated at the rear of the main Guest House, our delightful converted Coach House is approximately 250 years old. It has been tastefully and completely refurbished in recent years to make it a very cosy and comfortable holiday home in all seasons.
The Cottage (sleeping up to 4 persons) is now normally only available on a Self Catering basis, but B&B terms (with optional Evening Meal) are available between Self Catering bookings.

Guests arriving by public transport can be met at the local Railway Station, by prior arrangement.
