Hafan part of the Gadlys holiday cottages group is a bungalow which sleeps up to 8
Situated approximately 5 to 8 minutes walk to Church Bay Beach in a large garden great for kids and dogs.

The bungalow is a single storey property (split level so does have 3 or 4 steps) recently refurbished to a high standard. A spacious property with wonderful sea views, it is a great secluded place to holiday. With 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, as well as a very spacious sitting room with Sky TV it is an ideal spot for extended family holidays. Pets are welcome if they are well-behaved and it is arranged in advance. It has controlllable heating and is warm and inviting all year round, south west facing patio with amazing views with outdoor seating too to capture the morning as well as evening sun. Church Bay in particular is renowned for it's sunsets.
The large patio windows from the kitchen diner offer sea views across the Porth Swtan so you can while away the days or evenings just watching the changing sea-scape or sit in the garden catching the last of the evening sun whilst having a barbeque.

This is a no smoking property as are all our properties.Well-behaved dogs may be allowed by arrangement but will not be allowed in the bedrooms. Please note there is an additional charge payable of £25 per dog irrespective of length of stay.

It has a new kitchen with granite quartz worktops, built in oven and microwave, fully equipped for large meals, there's a separate porch and utility room so you can store all those beach items before coming in the main part of the property.

The sitting room has a living flame electric fire, Sky TV and beautiful sea views as well as a sliding door onto the patio.

The lane on which the cottage is situated is just a few minutes walk from the beautiful beach at Church Bay which is on the Isle of Anglesey Coastal Path. Walking, cycling, fishing, sailing, watersports, geological and historical tours, bird-watching, marine-life watching or just simply sitting and enjoying are just some of the activities that Anglesey has to offer its' visitors please ask us for details if you would like more information.

Sitting room:
Spacious and light, comfortably furnished with sofas, and flame effect fire making a cosy retreat for out of season breaks. The decor is an eclectic view based around the sea but with a few jungle accents!. There is a flat screen Freeview LCD TV with basic Sky package. This room has ample space for an extended family with squashy large sofas and comfortable chairs.

Kitchen Dining Room
The real heart of the home, huge glass doors onto the slate patio where you can enjoy the views of Holyhead mountain and the sea.
A large room with modern kitchen units, granite double oven, gas hob,worktops,dishwasher,fridge freezer, microwave and usual small appliances. Crockery and cutlery are provided.
There is a small breakfast bar divides the room.

Bedroom 3
Light airy bedroom with king bed, fitted wardrobes with lovely views of the garden and ensuite shower room.

Modern bathroom, bath separate shower. Wall mounted mirror with shaver socket.

Utility room
A handy room with washing machine, dryer, area for cleaning equipment and coats an ideal place for storing wellies or walking boots as it has a door leading to the porch.

Outside:

A large garden area mainly laid to lawn, good parking with patio IDEAL FOR AN EVENING BARBEQUE.Seating with lovely sea views both during the day and evening.

A cot can be accommodated please bring your own travel cot as we do not provide one, a high chair can be provided on request.
