Aberyscir Coach House

Lovely 4 star cottage with panoramic views

Aberyscir Coach House sits in the grounds of our Victorian Rectory. It originally housed the pony and trap that the vicar visited his parish in.

Our 4 star one bedroom self catering holiday cottage is situated on the border of the Brecon Beacons National Park with panoramic views of Pen-Y-Fan. It is the ideal base to explore all that the park has to offer. Aberyscir is a small hamlet on the river Yscir, a tributary of the river Usk, a few miles to the west of Brecon.

Native breed sheep graze our surrounding fields in the summer months whilst our chickens provide you with free range eggs .

From the cottage there are walks up onto Aberyscir Common and beyond. Fishing is possible on the Yscir and Usk rivers. Play golf at Cradoc Golf Club with the park as your backdrop.
The remains of the Roman marching fort at Y Gaer and the iron age fort on Pen-Y-Crug are within walking distance. Alternatively sit on your patio and watch the wildlife by day and the stars by night.
