Claremont House Apartments has two, beautiful luxury apartments We are situated in a lovely,tree-lined road - known as the "garden of Llandudno" - in the historic, Victorian,seaside town of Llandudno on the north wales coast. We are situated in a quiet area of town yet only a couple of minutes walk from beach ,promenade and pier, all shops and restaurants, theatre, bus station and train station. WE ARE TOTALLY NON-SMOKING THROUGHOUT THE APARTMENTS AND BUILDING. If guests are found smoking they will be asked to leave and charged a £75 deep cleaning charge.

COUNTRY COTTAGE APARTMENT is situated on two floors and is newly renovated for 2014 and is decorated on a country cottage theme with a modern twist, with all new furniture , kitchen and bathroom. It sleeps from 2 . There is one double bedroom, a large luxury bathroom, and a sleeping corner with day bed for 1 person on one floor and the other floor comprises of large entrance hall with reading corner, lounge with sofa and easy chairs and flat screen TV with freeview, dvd player with selection of DVD's and occasional furniture. The kitchen/diner is fully fitted including ceramic electric hob and full size electric oven,dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and retro fridge freezer. Spacious dining area with table and chairs. ON ARRIVAL WE PROVIDE A FREE WELCOME HAMPER OF DELICIOUS WELSH PRODUCE FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT.

BEACH HUT APARTMENT is decorated on a beach and maritime theme and is newly decorated and furnished for 2014. The apartment comprises of entrance hall, spacious kitchen/diner/lounge with fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric full size oven, retro fridge, toaster and kettle, and dining area with dining table and chairs. The lounge area has comfy sofa with flat screen TV with freeview, DVD player with selection of DVDs and occasional furniture. The bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and bedside lamps and wardrobe. There is an en-suite shower room off the bedroom.
