Kitchen/ breakfast room

The magnificent kitchen and breakfast room provides a spacious and bright area in which to use its very well equipped facilities. The kitchen consists of an electric oven, a four-burner gas hob, a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and a washing machine and drier. A wooden table complete with four chairs is great for the morning coffee and breakfast.

Dining room

The dining room consists of a large table which comfortably seats eight and enjoys stunning views across the gardens. There is a wireless internet box situated in the dining room.

Lounge

From the hallway, down two steps, this spacious, bright, fresh and welcoming lounge contains a 3-seater sofa, two 2-seater sofas and an arm chair. The lounge has a 32in LCD TV with Sky Digital, a DVD player, CD player, a wide variety of books on the book shelf, a window with spectacular views, and a log burning stove for cosy winter evenings. There is another wireless internet box found in the lounge to boost the signal.
The lounge also benefits from patio doors which open out onto the patio and provide compelling views of the surrounding area. The patio has a wooden picnic bench, two sun loungers and two garden chairs.

Bedroom 1

This spacious double bedroom is a very attractive room. There is a double bed, two bed side cabinets, wardrobe and a 22in LCD TV with built in Freeview.

En-suite to bedroom 1

This en-suite shower room contains a walk in shower cabinet, toilet, washbasin and a heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2

This light bedroom contains two single beds, a wardrobe, large chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet.

Bedroom 3

This bedroom contains a double bed, wardrobe, and three bed side cabinets. There are spectacular garden and sea views to be seen from the bedroom window.

Bedroom 4

Once again this a very attractive room which contains two single beds, two bedside cabinets, a wardrobe, a wall fitted hand wash basin and a 15in LCD TV with built in DVD player and Freeview.

Bathroom

Located next to the dining room, up two steps is a modern fitted bathroom containing a free standing bath, walk in shower, toilet, bidet, pedestal sink, shaver plugs and a heated towel rail.

Toilet room

The toilet room is located in the kitchen and contains a toilet and a hand basin.

Entertainment

The lounge has a 32in LCD TV with Sky Digital, DVD player, CD player, books and games. A wireless internet box can also be found in the lounge. Bedroom 1 contains a 22in LCD TV with built in Freeview and bedroom 4 has a 15in LCD TV with built in DVD player and Freeview. An additional internet wireless box is found in the dining room.

Outside

There is ample private parking space at the front of the property. The beautiful mature large garden at the rear of the property benefits from magnificent sea views and with sailing being so popular in this area, there is always plenty of marine activity to see from its commanding view of the sea.
There are two secluded patios for outside dining, sunbathing and relaxing. The patio area accessed from the lounge has a wooden picnic bench, two sun loungers and two garden chairs perfect for those summer barbeques.
You also have use of a log cabin summerhouse, with fantastic south facing sea views and with its own patio, TV, DVD & furniture, the kids will love it!

Snowdonia

Across the Menai Straits are the mountains of Snowdonia which offer great opportunities for climbers, walkers, fell runners, mountain bikers and naturalists. Llanberis is at the heart of Snowdonia; it is from here that the Snowdon Mountain Railway takes passengers to the new visitor centre at the summit.

Gorwel cottage requires a £100 security deposit.

On behalf of the homeowner we reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the property or structure. This will be done by Pre-authorising a credit card. A Pre-authorisation is a temporary hold of a specific amount of the available balance on a credit card.
