These stunning country holiday cottages are set in the heart of the National Park within easy reach of the picturesque town of Brecon. Situated high on the hillside overlooking the stunning Usk Valley and distant views of the Black Mountains, these cosy cottages are ideal for families and couples alike whether it is an action packed or relaxing break you are seeking.

The cottages are of a four star standard and were previously part of a Welsh Hill Farm. They have been tastefully converted in to two individually styled, although equally beautiful, separate holiday dwellings.

As we are a family run business our aim is to add a personal touch to both the preparation of your trip and the holiday itself whatever your requirements may be. Brecon Beacon’s Lavender Holiday Cottage

This unique and cosy holiday cottage is situated to provide breathtaking views of the Usk Valley and the Black Mountains. Lavender has an idyllic garden and barbecue area for enjoying Al Fresco dining in the heart of the mountains on summer evenings. For the cooler nights there is a fantastic log fire with wood provided to enhance the cosy, tranquil feel which this holiday cottage has to offer.

Lavender provides Freeview television and there is also a good range of books, games and a smaller selection of DVD’s for guests enjoy at their leisure to assist in the relaxation Lavender offers in contrast to the outdoor pursuits which the Brecon Beacons and surrounding area provides. Walking and cycling routes are accessible directly from the cottage.

Towels and linen are provided and the cottage is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Should weather permit there is also an outside drying area. Two allocated parking spaces are also provided.

However in stark contrast there is also a beautiful log fire in the stylish living area and plenty of wood provided for those winter evenings, enabling you to enjoy the stunning scenery from the comfort of your cottage.
