Ashburton House

Run by Ross and Cathy Miller (and the family cat Poppy!), Ashburton House is a friendly, family run guest house conveniently located close to the centre of Newport – our aim is to provide you with all the comforts of home during your stay together with a wide range of hotel facilities that will make your stay with us really special.

Ashburton House provides a friendly and comfortable guest house environment combined with all the convenience of a hotel. We have five bedrooms designed to cater for a variety of needs.
All of our rooms come with remote-control colour televisions, tea and coffee making facilities and central heating and a hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available upon request. Additional services on offer include access to WiFi Broadband and freeview digiboxes. These particular services will incur a small rental charge.

Room 1
This compact single room will perfectly suit a single traveller.

Room 2
This is a perfect family room containing both a double and a single bed.

Room 3
This room offers a variety of options including twin beds or triple beds.

Room 4
This room is fully en-suite and can be set up with either a double bed or twin beds according to preference.

Room 5
This ground floor room is a twin room which can be converted to a double as required, In addition, this room has access to a small outside decking area suitable for smokers.

All of our rooms have remote control colour televisions, tea and coffee making facilities and central heating. A hair dryer, iron and ironing board are also available on request. We also have a high chair and travel cot available for guests with a baby.
