This 18th century Toll House is situated in the picturesque market town of Llanrwst in North Wales. The property retains many of its original features as a grade 2 listed building used to collect the toll which was charged in times of old to pay for the early roads. It is within 300 yards of shops, cafés, restaurants, taverns, a swimming pool, and a riverside picnic area with children's playground.

The sleeping accommodation is compact which is in keeping with what you might expect from a Toll House. The property is on one level, but it has been extended at the rear.

LOUNGE/DINING ROOM Very comfortable lounge with inglenook fireplace and large slate beam housing log burner.

MAIN BEDROOM Comprises double bed and built-in sliding wardrobe.

SMALL BEDROOM This room is 7ft by 7ft square and comprises bunk beds.

KITCHEN is modern and in the extension at the rear.

SHOWER ROOM is modern, in the extension at the rear comprising shower, WC, basin and shaving point.

Log-coal burner (1 bag of coal and kindling sticks provided), Central Heating (electric), Fridge, Cooker, Microwave, Colour TV, Freesat, Video, Radio/cassette player, DVD player, Immersion Heater. Bed linen is provided.

The cottage has no garden but there is a large pavement area for parking (at car owner's risk).
