Our newly refurbished first floor apartment is located in the centre of Betws y Coed - the jewel of Snowdonia.
A lovely former station building, this unique apartment overlooks the village green, station, minature steam railway & railway museum, with views towards the mountains beyond.
Betws y Coed is situated right in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park & is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding mountains & local beaches.

The apartment has central heating & is able to sleep up to 8.
The accommodation comprises of a large lounge/diner, two double and two twin bedrooms, childrens' playroom, bathroom with bath & shower and well equipped kitchen.
Elevated decked area, allowing al fresco dining.
Fresh linen & towels are included in the rental.

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen is bright & airy & overlooks the village green.
It has a washer/dryer, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven & hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, iron & ironing board.
Sufficient crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, tea towels and basic cleaning items etc. are provided.

LOUNGE/DINER
The spacious lounge/diner has large picture windows, overlooking the minature steam railway & railway museum & is furnished with a comfy sofa & chairs & large dining table which seats 8. A widescreen TV with DVD and CD player are provided along with a selection of discs.


Local walking books, maps and tourism information are also available.

BEDROOMS
There are two double bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables & lamps. The main bedroom has a TV & DVD player.
The two twin bedrooms have a small wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables & lamps.
Leading off one of the twin rooms is a kids playroom with tv & video player & beanbags. A selection of videos, books & games is provided.
