Glan y Dwr Bed and Breakfast

Julian and Alison Stedman welcome you to their home in the small market town of Crickhowell, set in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park.

Glan y Dwr is a beautiful property, with 17th Century origins, enlarged in the 1840’s as an elegant house and recently renovated to a high standard of design and comfort. Guests are invited to share our family home, to relax and enjoy a break in lovely surroundings.

The house is easy to find and has ample parking for both cars and cycles. We can collect guests from Abergavenny Station by prior arrangement. Access to the house is easy and there are no steep stairs to climb.

The well-planted garden has an outdoor table and comfortable reclining seating. Why not use our barbeque for al fresco dining without having to go out? For the more energetic, the croquet set is available in the summer. The conservatory provides a lovely relaxing environment when the weather is less favourable.
