No 6 Boleyn House is the perfect bolt hole for visitors wanting access to the glorious countryside of the Brecon Beacons whilst at the same time being within walking distance of shops, restaurants, pubs, Theatr Brycheiniog, Brecon Cathedral, The Brecon & Monmouthshire Canal and all the other facilities and attractions the Market Town of Brecon has to offer.

No 6 Boleyn House is situated on the ground floor of one of the Georgian Town of Brecon’s oldest buildings and benefits from its own private front and rear courtyards. Accommodation consists of lounge / diner, double bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The property has full gas central heating.

The lounge / diner has two comfortable sofas, dining table with chairs, TV with Freeview and DVD, ipod docking station and wifi access.

The fully equipped kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed and a door which leads onto the private courtyard with seating and BBQ.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash hand basin and wc.

All linen and towels are inclusive.

A cot and high chair are available on request and whilst we are sorry that we are unable to accept pets, guide dogs are welcome.
