The cottage is in a quiet position with outstanding views of Llanllwni mountain but less than a mile to a shop, pub with restaurant and real Ale. We are 4 miles from the start of the Brechfa Forest mountain bike trails. Over 80 species of wild birds, including the Red Kite, Hen Harrier and Peregrine inhabit the area. There is fishing in the nearby Teifi river, We are also only 35 minutes drive from the coast.

The cottage is a beautifully converted stone barn that has been fully renovated to a high standard. It has a wood burning stove, as well as full gas central heating, so it's cosy whatever the weather. Heating and electricity costs are all inclusive. A television with freeview channels, a DVD player and mini sound system with a radio, tape and CD player are all provided for your entertainment. Free Wifi is available in every room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from a microwave to a rolling pin. There is also a freezer, dishwasher, iron, washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as an outside drying area. The cottage has 1 double bedroom, and 1 twin bedroom with nightlight. Both are light and airy with beautiful views over the countryside. Other features of the rooms include window seats and fitted wardrobes.

The surrounding area has many places of interest, including goldmines, castles, nature reserves, gardens and a spectacular coastline.
