Plas Celyn B and B is an attractive Victorian home in the traditional Welsh community of Trefriw. Set in the beautiful Conwy Valley, close to the popular attractions of Betws-y-coed , Llanrwst, and the walled town of Conwy, Plas Celyn offers a luxorious and welcoming base for your adventures in the heart of Snowdonia. There are walks right on your doorstep, and easy access to the exciting Marin mountain bike trail.
Room 1
Our comfortable and stylish main room has a King size bed with luxury mattress, crisp cotton sheets and a choice of pillows.There's a flat screen TV, iPod dock, hair dryer and full length mirror. The hospitality tray provides a choice of Tea Pigs teas, coffee and hot chocolate, with fresh milk and bottled water. Robes and slippers are provided, and the well-appointed shower room with Molton Brown toiletries is adjacent.
Room 2
This is a lovely double room, which also has a flat screen tv, full length mirror, hair dryer and hospitality tray. The comfortable double bed has crisp cotton sheets and a choice of pillows. Robes and slippers are provided.
This room is only available for couples or singles willing to share the bathroom facilities, booking as a party with Room 1. It will not be let separately to other guests.
Continental or cooked breakfast using locally-sourced ingredients and home-made preserves is served in the attractive breakfast room. This room is also the guest lounge; with comfortable leather sofas, flat screen TV, a coffee table full of games, guide books to help you choose your day's activities and a cosy open fire, the room is available for use in the afternoons and evenings too.

The popular village of Trefriw has excellent road and public transport links, cafes, pubs and restaurants, offering a good choice of food for all budgets. Two pubs serving evening meals are within a short walk of Plas Celyn. The market town of Llanrwst, just 2 miles away, offers a further choice of restaurants and cafes, including fish and chips, Thai and Indian food. On a summer's evening you can walk to Llanrwst using the pedestrian suspension bridge (1 mile) and, if you like, catch the no. 19 bus back - the stop is less than 150 yards from Plas Celyn.
