Duck Cottage & Damson Cottage are near to the historic market town Brecon and are located on a small-holding which has chickens, ducks, Shetland ponies and black welsh mountain sheep. All cottages are very private and have their own patio and garden. They have great views of the Brecon countryside and surrounding hills.

Dating back 200 years Damson Cottage is made of Welsh stone cottage. It has recently been upgraded to a fully centrally heated self catering holiday cottage which provides accommodation that is spacious for 2 persons.

This cottage has been graded by VisitWales as a 5 Star self catering holiday cottage and has been awarded The Welcome Walkers and Welcome Cyclist Certificates and is awaiting assessment by the "Green Tourism Board Environmental Scheme". As a peaceful, high quality retreat close to Brecon (4.5 miles) Damson Cottage is hard to beat.

The Hayloft at Alltybrain Farm

The Hayloft is any old stone barn offering a comfortable dormitory style accommodation for the more active and sporty type holidaymaker. The Hayloft has suitable accommodation for 2-4 people.

This is perfect holiday accommodation for those wishing to walk, canoe, go fishing, bring your own horse and use mountain bikes. Self-catering accommodation is offered in the Hayloft at £35 pppn. Guests also have the choice of asking for breakfast supplies to be left in the fridge @ £38 pppn or coming over to the Farmhouse for Breakfast @ £40pppn.
Horses are welcome with individual stabling for up to 4 horses. Mountain bikes have a secure place with a wash down facility and there is plenty of room for fishing rods and all sporting equipment and clothing. The Beacons Cycling Route, The Three Rivers Ride, The Radnor Forest Ride and "The Eppynt Way", are all easily reached from Alltybrain Farm as are The Brecon Beacons National Park Visitors’ Centre and stretches of the Rivers Wye and Usk for fishing with the Wye and Usk Fishing Foundation.
