ANN’S BUNGALOW is a newly renovated detached property within the grounds of the owner’s farm which nestles under the eastern edge of Pen-y-fan in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park. Walking is available direct from the doorstep either as an energetic hill climb or a gentle stroll

The Bungalow offers an excellent sized lounge which is light and airy with soft leather sofas and a real flame log effect fire inviting you to relax after a long day exploring the countryside. The newly refurbished kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. There are 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 persons and each has been luxuriously dressed ensuring you of a comfortable night’s sleep. The bathroom is spacious and stunning. New energy efficient electric Duo-Heat radiators have recently been installed throughout. The new porch extension houses a washing machine and tumble dryer and a separate cloakroom

Provided for your enjoyment by arrangement with the owner is the free use of a luxurious HOT TUB housed in a log cabin where you can sit back and relax after a day walking in the hills or exploring the surrounding countryside in the National Park.

The kitchen is extremely well equipped with fitted units, pine dresser, table and chairs. Electric cooker set in an inglenook, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and wall mounted freeview TV. A washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the new porch extension area.

There is an extensive range of oven, table and glass ware. Quality saucepans and a varied selection of cooking utensils, pots, pans and cutlery, in fact everything you could possibly want.

All cleaning materials, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, tea towels, oven and dish cloths provided.

Bedroom 1 has a luxuriously dressed king sized bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets all in antique pine and a wall mounted slimline Sky TV.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, a feature wall with co-ordinating bed linen and curtains and cream bedroom furniture.
Bedroom 3 has identical twin beds and a fitted wardrobe set in an alcove.
Quality bed linen, pillows and duvets are all provided plus additional Welsh woollen blankets for winter if required to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.

The newly renovated fully tiled bathroom has a rectangular anti-slip bath with hand rails. A Mira Sport Max 10.8 kw shower over and a 4 panel folding bath screen. Wash station with ceramic top over a base unit and close coupled pan with a push flush cistern. Electric towel warmer with overhead fan heater and extractor fan. A shaver socket and extendable shaving mirror.

There is also a separate cloakroom with toilet, wash basin and electric towel warmer in the new porch extension.

Egyptian cotton towels are provided - 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person

The main lawned garden is at the front of the property, it is well manicured and maintained with pride and surrounded by a mixture of border shrubs. A log cabin which features a luxury HOT TUB is available for your use by arrangement with the owner. There are excellent views in all directions that extend over open farmland and overlooking the wildlife lake.

To the rear is a patio area with garden seating, a gas barbeque and a rotary clothes airer. There is also a well maintained lawn with a variety of plants and shrubs with mature hedges surrounding.

Adjoining this is a safe communal enclosed play area for children with swing, slides, see-saw and outdoor toys. In the background is Cefn Cyff mountain where the sheep graze peacefully that leads upto Pen-y-fan the highest peak in the Brecon Beacons.

There is private parking for one car outside the Bungalow and additional parking available on the courtyard.
