Please look at our website to find out why we have so many guests returning to Holcombe House . If you're searching for a friendly place to stay , and are looking to be in a central location in town , either work-related or on holiday, we hope you will choose to stay here.We are rated as one of the best B&B Guest Houses in Llandudno and are proud of our wonderful home.We may not be able to offer some of the facilities of the larger hotels, but we can be flexible and we are always available should you need us.

Our Bed & Breakfast (B&B) is a large detached Victorian house and is one of the older properties in Llandudno , having been constructed in 1853 as a private residence. Whilst the property was built in the Victorian era, we have sympathetically modernised and updated the property , whilst still remaining faithful to its original style and character. Patterned floor tiles, decorative plasterwork and moulding, and stained glass windows harmonise with the requirements of modern living.

Our nine bedrooms have all been refurbished to luxury standards and are individually styled and designed so as to allow guests to choose the style of room they would prefer.Every room has en-suites with bath and/or shower, with the majority of the rooms having baths and showers). Add to this luxury Gilchrist and Soames Spa therapy toiletries, fluffy thick white towels and and a heated towel rail for those cooler days.

Free Wi-Fi broadband access is available in all public areas and bedrooms. We offer help with luggage if needed, off-road parking for up to six cars ( as well as unlimited free parking in and around the property) and a collection service to and from the railway or bus station is offered as a complimentary service .

With our central location, guests can enjoy being within a couple of minutes' walk from the promenade - a real bonus if you want to enjoy a pre-breakfast stroll , or perhaps a leisurely walk back from the theatre in the evening.

We are in a peaceful tree -lined road, and yet within a few minutes, you can be enjoying the beautiful scenery of Llandudno, the pier and seafront,Great Orme Tram,Haulfre Gardens, the West Shore, Venue Cymru and the wonderful array of restaurants and shops, all just a stroll away. Many other attractions are nearby and we are happy to help you plan your walk .
