The cottage is detached but close to the owner's home. The relationship of the building does ensure privacy and seclusion.

The cottage is on two levels, the door opens on a sitting room which has a wood burner,(all logs are supplied) with the bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor. The bedroom is accessed by a narrow staircase rising from the kitchen, and occupies the roof space.

It has all been refurbished recently in a manner that marries modern and old features.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking a feast which can be eaten in the sitting room or outside when the weather is fine.

Set in the gardens of a Grade II listed farm house.
