The holiday cottages at Tyn-y-Coed Farm offer quality and very spacious self catering accommodation in a quiet and wonderfully scenic location in the Snowdonia National Park about 3 miles from the historic walled town of Conwy.

Each of our holiday homes enjoys stunning views over rolling fields to the wooded hills and mountains beyond.

each holiday cottage sleeps 6, all properties are non-smoking

Tyn Y Coed Farm is an ideal location for exploring Snowdonia and North Wales.

Short breaks are available in the Winter months.

The cottages have been created from lovingly restored 19th century stone barns on this 15 acre traditional smallholding. Ooozing character and charm our holiday homes offer a wealth of rustic olde worlde features such as exposed beams and stonework, solid oak pillars and timber framed walls combined with all 21st Century mod cons.

Tŷ John is a superb detached self catering house lovingly converted from a 19th century stone barn.

Tŷ Nansi Rhiannon is a ground floor apartment and Deri Llewelyn is a first floor apartment above it.

Llys y Wennol (The Court of the Swallows) is a traditional single storey Welsh long cottage.

All the properties are very roomy, sleep 6 people in comfort and have patio areas which are great for relaxing at the end of the day or for al fresco dining.

The properties can be booked together to accommodate groups of up to 24.

Tyn-y-Coed is a smallholding run along traditional lines in a peaceful and tranquil countryside location in the Conwy Valley.

There are a variety of farm animals and horses on the farm. You can also bring your own horse on holiday with you which can be stabled on the farm.

We have set aside a good sized paddock so that you can exercise your pets.

We are located near both the sea and mountains, this is an ideal base from which to explore Snowdonia, Llandudno and the whole of North Wales.

Nearby is the picturesque village of Rowen and historic Conwy with it's famous castle, town walls and quaint harbour.

We have a fairly extensive local knowledge so please feel free to ask if you require any advice or assistance; we should be able to point you in the direction of some good hill or mountain hikes, mountain bike trails, beaches, historical sites, pubs, restaurants, kids stuff, forest walks, lakes, fishing spots, drives, places where people are not etc. North Wales really is an area of outstanding natural beauty and there truly is something for everyone out there.
